What is the HIIT HAUS Fitness 3.0 challenge?
Following the success of our first 2 HIIT HAUS Challenges we have decided to take this challenge up a gear. This challenge will be an 8 week challenge rather than 6.
As per the previous challenge you will decide your own goal, be it fat loss, muscle gain or perhaps a fitness goal that you previously deemed unachievable. With such a wonderfully eclectic mix of people at the #bigorangehaus everyone has different goals and any challenge we offer here should reflective of that.
We will have a guest speaker who will be talking all things nutrition, specifically focussing on the very different nutritional approaches required for fat loss and muscle growth. This knowledge, combined with the meal guides, will stand you in good stead to not lose track. There will be 3 meal guides available, LEANER for those wanting fat loss, MEANER those wanting muscle growth and CLEANER for those who don’t really want any physical changes but want to fuel their body the right way in order to meet their personal fitness goal. The meal guides will not change for the entire 8 weeks and the meals will not consist of fancy expensive ingredients or meals that are difficult to prep.
How will it work?
To register for the challenge, you need to fill a registration form at the #bigorangehaus,
In addition:
1) You will be required to attend a seminar at the gym with a nutritional talk given by, The Guyetician, who is our APD for this challenge. This information session will give you the knowledge to help manage your own diet. The challenge kick off night will be on Monday 11th January at 6pm and will last approximately 3 hours.
2) You need to attend a minimum of 3 group sessions weekly – no exceptions. If you do not attend at least 3 group sessions per week, you forfeit (unless you have been deemed medically unfit to train by medical professional, in which case we will require a medical certificate). There will also be an at home training program that will change weekly for those wanting to take their training to the next level!
3) You need to have a Body Scan at the gym at the start of the challenge on 11th January and at the end of the challenge on 8th March. If you do not attend the body scan before and after, you forfeit. (mid way scans will be available at an additional cost but are not compulsory).
4) Before and After Photos – These will be taken in the privacy of the creche at the gym.
Is this Challenge for You?
Everyone has a different reason for wanting to take part in a challenge. Whether you have extra kg’s you want to lose, you need help on calorie tracking, your head is muddied by all the fad diets on the market that over promise and under deliver. Whether you have muscle but want to shed those last unwanted kg’s in order to see those gains really pop. Maybe you’ve not got muscles that are poppin’ but you would like some, maybe you just need some good old accountability or you simply have a huge desire to be able to finally be able to knock out 50 2 finger pull ups then this is challenge is definitely for you!
The key thing is that in order to get extraordinary results you need to do something EXTRA ORDINARY!! Yes it might be a cost to be part of the challenge, However, hit your target and we will give you 50% back!!! So, its all down to you and your determination to get back your money back.
There will be a male AND female winner of a 3 month membership AND an overall challenge winner who will win $1000 CASH. This is NOT a biggest loser competition and the winners will be determined based on a variety of factors.
Spaces are limited and registration for this challenge closes on 30/11/2020. In order to secure your space we need a non-refundable deposit of $100 which is payable by no later than 18/12/2020 with the remaining balance due by no later than 18/12/2020.
We run these 4 times yearly but they fill up quick.
